  • Ride-along assistance for the software installation by a remote control programme (Teamviewer)
  • Ride along assistance for the software updates by a remote control programme (Teamviewer)
  • Taking over of bugs, anomalies and crashes
  • Basic information about tools&functions; “how-to-do-what”

Virtual Planning & Consulting Service

We also offer you the chance to hand over the planning of your cases to our Clinical and Technical board, by sending us some pics of the patient, provided that they are properly shooted and comply with the requirements.
